DESCRIPTION

The frame of Prismatic Fire and Smoke Damper is manufactured from galvanized sheet steel without any welding process Therefore, it has a high corrosion resistance The material of the blades is Ca-Si (CalsiumSilicat) Silicone based fire resistant gasket is mounted at the end of the blades Additionally, intumescent gaskets are placed inside the frame The blade shaft is manufactured from automat material and then galvanized and gets high corrosion resistance Bearings are made of brass Since these two materials are compatible, they do not require lubrication for many years and maintain their first day performance The blade joints are galvanized The union of joint mechanism parts is made with 304 grade stainless steel rods Prismatic Fire / Smoke Damper is used to isolate the other parts of the ventilation system from flame, smoke and heat in case of a fire It has been subjected to 132 minutes Fire Resistance Test according to EN 1366-2 2015 standard by “Applus + Laboratories”, which has ENAC (Spanish Accreditation Agency) accreditation According to EN 13501 3 2005 AI 2009 standard,El 120 (and, ho i < - > o) S fire resistance class conditions are met It has low pressure loss and sound pressure level values It has an easy assembly structure It is produced between 200×200 mm and 1300×800 mm in width and height The blade is in the open position as standard during operation, the closing mechanism of the blade works with a spring return servo motor with 24V AC/DC -230V AC supply voltage Prismatic Fire/Smoke Damper is used to isolate other parts of the ventilation system from flame, smoke and heat (EIS) in case of fire in one part of the system It can be mounted in the direction of the air flow or in the opposite direction
